Are there any hidden fees?
No. We believe in transparent pricing. You pay for your unit and nothing else — there are no admin fees, no mandatory insurance upsells from us, and no surprise charges. The main extra thing customers should think about is making sure their stored contents are appropriately insured.
Do I need insurance for stored contents?
Yes, you should make sure the goods you store are insured while they are in storage. Self Storage Space Centres does not automatically insure your contents, so it is worth checking whether your home or business policy already covers stored items, or whether you need separate cover based on the replacement value of what you are storing.
Do you offer cheap long-term storage?
Yes. Our rolling month-to-month contracts mean you can store long-term without being locked into a rigid multi-year lease. Just give us 2 weeks' notice when you're ready to leave.
How much do I need to pay upfront?
Just the first month. There's no large deposit or setup fee — you pay your first month's rent to secure your unit and you're good to go.
Can I change unit size if my needs change?
Yes. You can move to a different unit size at any time, subject to availability. We'll adjust your monthly cost accordingly — you never pay for more space than you need.
